Paul Chanco, UAP

As one of the trusted pioneers by Egroup US here in Manila,
Mr. Chanco has been active in the firm since its inception. From marketing to design, he is always hands on with projects undertaken by the firm. Many of his designs has been featured on professional journals and magazines, he remained humble with his talent.
Equipped with knowledge on master planning and urban development from his experience abroad, his vision is to adapt these unique ideas to our local landscapes for our country to be proud of. His designs is not only limited to Asia, but also could be found in Mexico and United States.
Ruther Cueto, UAP
Principal
Also one of the Egroup Manila Pioneers, he worked closely on every project of the Company to ensure proper execution on details and design. With a very exceptional talent in manual rendering and detailing, he is a very sought after architect here and abroad. His years in Hongkong and Asia does not only develop him as an architect but also as a software analyst. He was trained from abroad to develop CAD commands to aid his Company's operation and timely delivery.
Glenmore Lizen, PALA
Associate Principal
Mr. Lizen is the landscape architect of the team, his experience abroad gave him ideas to break the monotonous landscaping that could be found in our traditional open spaces. He also specializes in park and leisure facilities here and abroad.
Young minds bursting with fun and creativity, this team has a lot more to offer than what they claim. Consists of master planners, licensed architects / project managers, interior designers, graphic artists, landscape architects, horticulturists, engineers, and administrative supports, it's not impossible their inspiration and innovations will imprint the landscape of our future.
